To develop competency at institute level constructive support and cooperation among education & industry is need of time. A forum for duologue among partners and a mechanism to continually improve the knowledge of the students and faculties need to be started in association/ partnership through industry. Hospitality is a business having international flavor with no boundaries, it is more receptive to changes. Hence to cope up with tomorrows need more cooperation between education and industry is needed to develop new generation of hospitality professional. In order to remain attractive more interaction with industry & International collaboration need to be open. This will give opportunity to the industry to understand institution and incorporate changes as per the need of the industry.
Developing quality culture:
Institutions are good due to good students. Quality improvement of students should be foremost requirement. Teachers role in this regard is of great importance. They need to be achiever and role model. Students should have proud on faculties. Hospitality requirements are different in comparison to other programme. More emphasis need to be given to development of professional Attitude and Culture. Experienced and Competent faculties can help in this by focusing on people and their aspirations to develop hospitality attitude. This Culture will help students to become serious towards the profession and programme. Recognized & well connected faculties to national & international organizations can be a big boost.
Developing learning culture in the organization:
All quality institution across the world are learning institution. Training should be a continuous exercise and shall help in setting up of new benchmark for future endeavors. More emphasis need to be given to the faculty development, exposures, development of quality training material, research & academic orientation. The benefit will ultimately reach to the students and in long run a solid foundation will be developed.
